Cancellation Policy:If you find it necessary to cancel or change your dates, (a change in arrival or departure date constitutes a cancellation), please notify us at least 14 days prior to arrival and your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel with less than 14 days* advance notice, you will be responsible for the entire length of your stay. We do not overbook, and we guarantee your room, therefore we cannot make any exceptions, (for family emergencies, weather, snowstorm, accidents, etc.). If this policy is uncomfortable to you please consider Travel Insurance or other accommodations. *Cancellations made for the holidays, during special events and throughout the summer do have a longer time frame. To be certain, please refer to your personal confirmation letter. Spa Cancellation Policy:As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, please give us a 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid a full charge.
