Mirror Lake Inn Voted One of Top 150 Resorts by Conde Nast Readers

CNTraveler's Readers' Choice Awards 2011 Results Are In

Lake Placid, N.Y. (October 17, 2011)-The Mirror Lake Inn Resort and Spa has been selected by Condé Nast Traveler readers as one of
the top
150 resorts in the mainland U.S. for the second year in a row. This elite
list of resorts was announced on Oct. 11 at the Readers' Choice Awards 2011
ceremony in New York.  The full list appears
in the November issue of the magazine.

The Mirror Lake Inn is joined by The Whiteface Lodge on this year's list.
The two hotels are the only accommodations in Lake Placid featured on the list.
The two properties join The Sagamore in Lake George as the few properties
chosen by readers located in the Adirondack region.

The annual list showcases the opinions of more than 28,000 Condé Nast Traveler readers, who give ratings
of cities, islands and hotels they have visited this past year.

The Mirror Lake Inn continues to acquire a reputation of excellence with
accolades from leading hospitality organizations. The Inn was chosen by Conde Nast Traveler as one of the "Top
250 Spas in North America," and one of the "Best Places to Ski and Stay in
North America." In 2011, the Inn was also named one of "America's Best Mountain
