Wednesday night activities continue through June 20;
thereafter will resume in September
WHO: Human Resources professional and 2011 North Elba Citizen of
the Year Dennis Ryan and special assistant Chef Jamie Foy will bring their
skills to the Mirror Lake Inn’s kitchen, where resort chef Jarrad Lang and his
staff will assist both in the preparation. Other locals will appear on
subsequent Wednesday nights through June 20.
WHAT: Preparation of a 3-course meal. Media (2 per outlet)

WHEN: Any Wednesday night of your choosing through June 20. The
evening begins at 5 PM in the Taste Bistro, opposite the hotel reception.
Future Wednesday guest chefs will include realtors, attorneys, businessmen and
radio station executives from the region.

· Field Greens Chop Salad: Baby greens with
cucumber, avocado, red onion, grape tomatoes and Great Hill Blue Cheese
crumbles, and white balsamic dressing.
· Grilled Hanger Steak: with a Merlot
Demi-glace, Wild Mushroom Ragout, and Truffled Au Gratin Potatoes.
· Poached Pear: with Custard Sauce, Amaretto Whipped Cream,
White and Dark Chocolate shavings, fresh mint and berries.
