Influenced and shaped by various cultures from around the globe, American cuisine is a unique melting pot of tastes. This year's festival will focus on how these basic elements of taste influence the way we eat and drink and is themed, "The Melting Pot of Taste".

April 19- April 22, 2012:
$1895 per couple for three nights and a complete festival pass!
$1595 per couple for two nights including all of Friday - Sunday's events
Tax and gratuity are additional. Complete festival pass includes all events, tastings, dinners, and three nights accommodation.
