What's Cookin' in Chef Jarrad's Kitchen on Wednesday nights this fall?
What's cookin' could be you! This is your chance to shine in the Mirror Lake Inn's kitchen, with the help of our Four Diamond culinary team led by Executive Chef Jarrad Lang.
Each Wednesday night offers an appetizer, entrée and dessert for just $29.
On Sept. 12, Armando "Dick" Persico, former Executive Director of the Adirondack Park Agency and purveyor of Italian food, will present very traditional Italian fare.
Tonight's baby squash is locally produced at Ledge Top Farms in Crown Point, NY
Persico, with the Mirror Lake Inn kitchen, has created a menu consisting of Caprese salad, pork osso bucco with saffron risotto Milanese,
The osso bucco, from Harmony Hills in nearby Duane, is about to fall off the bone
concluding with gorgonzola-stuffed roasted pear with local honey.

Corey Iaria, a realtor with Select Sotheby's International Realty in Lake Placid as well as a bartender in our Cottage Cafe, is the guest chef on Sept. 19.
