Borderless North covers the Adirondacks; MLI to be featured on Oct. 11

Mountain Lake PBS personality Derek Muirden presented a beautiful fall menu 2 weeks ago with the help of the Mirror Lake Inn Resort and Spa's kitchen staff, led by Executive Chef Jarrad Lang.

As dinner was being prepared, "Chef" Derek and his camera crew rolled on our preparation of a roasted stuffed pork tenderloin. That segment will air at 8:30 Thursday night (Oct. 11) on Borderless North, seen on the Plattsburgh-based television station.

In the North Country, it's channel 57, also available via satellite.
